Privacy policy

Short version: I collect what you send me through the contact form, I use it to reply to you, and I don’t sell it to anybody.

Who I am

This site is operated by Shoaib Azam, an independent automation and API integration specialist based in Lodhran, Pakistan. You can reach me at contact@shoaibazam.com.

What I collect

If you submit the contact form, I receive the name, email address, company and process description you enter. That’s all of it — there are no hidden fields.

If you book a call, Calendly collects your name, email and chosen time under their own privacy policy.

This site uses no advertising cookies and no tracking pixels. If analytics are added later, this page will be updated before they go live.

Why I collect it

To reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to deliver the work. Nothing else. I don’t send marketing emails and I don’t add enquiries to a mailing list.

Who else sees it

Form submissions are delivered by Web3Forms, which passes the message to my inbox. Email is hosted by Hostinger. Calendar bookings run through Calendly. Each of these processes data under its own privacy terms. I do not sell, rent or share your information with anyone else.

How long I keep it

Enquiries stay in my email for as long as the conversation is useful. If you ask me to delete your details, I will, and I’ll confirm when it’s done.

Your rights

If you’re in the UK, EU or another region with data protection law, you have the right to ask what I hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, and to object to its use. Email me and I’ll act on it — there’s no process to go through, it’s just me.

Client data during projects

Automation work usually means access to systems holding your customers’ data. I treat that access as yours, not mine: I use the minimum permissions needed, I don’t copy data out of your systems except where a build requires it, and I remove my access when a project ends if you’d like me to. I’m happy to sign an NDA or a data processing agreement.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
